Returns

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged for a different size / style / store credit within 30 days of the shipment of the order.

Please keep your invoice if you would like to be able to exchange a shirt. If you require a refund for any reason you must return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Coast City Styles will pay for shipping on defective merchandise provided that the damage was not caused by the customer.

Important: Coast City Styles will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer. Customers who order two of the same item in consecutive sizes and then send one back for a refund may be charged a restocking fee of $5.00. Many customers do this because they are not quite sure what size to order. We list the exact measurements of each shirt on the product page. Please use these measurements to compare them to an existing shirt you own. Please do not order 2 of the same item in different sizes with the intention of returning one of those items. This practice costs us extra money in the form of labor, payment processing fees, and also in the fact that the item that gets returned was not in our stock for the period of time which it was in transit to and from the customer.

Important: Coast City Styles.com recommends hang drying for all merchandise. Coast City Styles will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, or damaged/ stained in any way.. This includes items that are damaged, shrunk, etc. in a dryer.

Important: Coast City Styles.com is not responsible for bleeding or fading of colors due to washing of the shirts. We recommend soaking all t-shirts (including those bought anywhere, not just ours) in a salt water solution of 2 quarts water and 1/2 cup of salt. Any bleeding of colors in the wash is not the responsibility of Coast City Styles.com. It is also best to remove shirts immediately from the washer in order to prevent bleeding of colors.
